Best Lip Primer??

I have always had natural cracks and lines in my lips, and it doesn't help that I bite them sometimes too. they're also pretty dry and some lipsticks I have wear off too quickly or bleed into the cracks. would a lip primer help me and which are the best ones?

Yes try a primer first or very lightly a concealer,use very little,I use Mac lipliners but any well do try L'oreal or maybelline liners.Also you could try a lip scrub n apply a lip conditioner to help with dryness.try to but creamy lipsticks ;-)

My routine: lip scrub by Lush, Lip insurance by Too Faced, a lip liner and then my makeup. If I don't put on a lip primer I will put some concealer. Don't forget to hydrate your lips!

Thanks ladies! I definitely thinking finding a good primer would be worth my while, I'm thinking of trying out the mac one...
