I'm in the same boat! I can't stop biting my nails either! I keep polish on them and do it as pretty as I can so I don't want to bite them anymore, they also sell bad tasting polish that is really spicy or bitter so when you bite your nail, you're left with a bad after taste.

I stopped a long time ago because I wanted to grow out my nails and in my opinion, nail polish looks better on longer looking nails

If you bite your nails to short you can get finger cancer and might have to get your fingers chopped off.

I always had that bad habit but what I tried was painting them, no matter how ugly/short they were, and spend time on them. Buy expensive nail polish and paint them and every time you bite them hopefully you think twice! Worked for me! Good luck :*
