I used to dye my hair a lot and would bleach it more than I should have. I would also apply too much heat, (straightener, hot rollers, blow dryer ect...) I now realize how much damage I've been causing to my hair and want my curls back.! I've recently been under a treatment of applying honey and olive oil to my hair. So far not much results. Any other ideas on how to restore curly hair naturally.? Or any products I can use that help.?

Try the frizz-ease dream curls range. I love it!! I have naturally curly hair and it works brilliantly after all the heat and damage it goes through ~ :)

Don't use heatgot a while. If you do, use heat protectant.

Try coconut oil! It does wonders for curly hair. Get some at a grocery store, put 2 tablespoons in a bowl and microwave it for about 45 seconds. Work it into your hair and leave it for 2 hours. I have no clue what it is about coconut oil but it never fails to revive my curls!

☺ oh and the main thing is no shampoo! Unless it is sulfate free because sulfate dries hair out.
