Liquid eyeliner clumping my eyelashes.

I bought a new liquid eyeliner the other day (namely Urban Decay 24/7-which was recommended to me) and while applying it, the brush gets into my lashes making applying mascara a pain!!...any advice on how to avoid this?

Which obviously changes depending on the shape of the eyeliner. A few of my friends use liquid liner as a lash primer (think fiber mascara-lengthening the ends) because it does act as such in some situations. I always have to tediously pick it off though (without smudging ugh) because I can't stand the clumps! Sigh. I guess we should be glad we have long enough lashes to really get in the way ;) good luck!

Lol thanks. That does make sense about lash primer!...although I guess I'd rather pick at the clumps!:)

I have that problem after applying a gel liner. It makes my lashes tacky and harder to apply mascara. Sometimes I comb them through with a lash comb and it helps a bit.
