Eyebrow problems?? Help!

I've always used a dark brown eyeshadow to color in my brows, but my skin's been getting oily lately, and the eyeshadow will smudge if I touch/ rub it too hard. What should I use on my eyebrows that won't smudge with my oily skin? Pencil? Gel?
And ignore my face in the picture, this is just the clearest picture I had of my eyebrows.

Shade lightly.. Put a protection coat on top.. Blot access if your just using a smudge color pencil or gel..

You can look at my recent picture to see from the difference of my eye rows.. One was a smudge and the other Was powder shade.

I have really oily skin too and I use gel liner on my brows and they don't smudge or anything. throughout the day if needed I gently tap a tissue on them to get off excess oil.

Less is more! try using a darker eyeshadow (if you want it to b soft) and use less. because of this you can use less because of the darker color. it won't smudge cuz your not building the color up!!

Anastasia's brow line is sweat proof so even if you touch it it stays on.
