If your trying to grow your hair you can take biotin. Nutrilite offers a hair skin and nails supplement with 1,000mg of biotin. If you want to know how to get it email me betty1214@gmail.com.

I think the term is 'dusting' in hairdressing? it means strictly the ends, no length.

Nothing will. Products for split ends just make it look like there gone but there not.

Take a trim at a hair salon or snip them off yourself, and be cautious!

Dead ends can not just become undead. You need to cut then out. There are several products and vitamins you can take to help promote healthy and faster hair growth. AFTER you cut the dead ends, take biotin, silica and vitamin e. They are extremely important to your entire body not just your hair. Make the switch to vegan products, steer clear from products containing silicone. When you're hair its wet it is most delicate, so don't ever brush it when wet and don't man handle it.

Don't do it urself go to a salon ask them to dust the ends and get rid of the split ends. nothing will fix them it may make them feel better but they will never go back together. your hair will continue to grow even with split ends. that is a myth that your hair stops growing when you have split ends. your hair goes through growth and resting stages. and split ends make it look like it doesn't grow because if they get bad enough they will start breaking off which of course makes your hair shorter and not to mention look damaged.
