I need to find a good waterproof mascara. I have watery eyes and I am always smudging.. any suggestions?

All the Lancôme mascaras stick like glue and never, ever smudge for me. But I don't wear them anymore because they are like glue! Lol. They're very drying and damaging to my particular lashes. Most other waterproof/resistant mascaras usually smudge at least a little bit for me. :-(
