In the winter my face gets Super dry! It gets flaky around my nose, cheeks, and eyebrows. I am in need of a good facial moisturizer that works!! I have normal- dry skin. My face doesn't get oily but sometimes my nose is shiny but still flaky at the same time?! Help please!
