I use Benefit's Eye Bright for my waterline as I have hooded eyes that need a little opening up. Does anybody put white or pink on their tight line? I want to further enlarge my eyes.

Use white or champagne eye shadow in the corner of your eye and white eyeliner to the middle of your lower lid then regular black liner the rest of the way to the end it will open up your eyes!

I use a white eyeliner on my water line, I have never used it on my tight line, also my eyes look bigger when my regular eyeliner is thick rather than thin.
