Yes very volumizing and even though it isn't meant to do so lengthens pretty well! Lasts a while and the brush is great for bottom and top lashes. One coat and your ready to go!

Yes, it is worth every penny. I thought nothing can compare to Maybelline Colossal Volume but Rocket is fantastic and my current HG of mascaras. No clumps, big and long lashes, lasts whole day.

Just think is it worth buying? Is it within your budget? Are you going to use it for somebody that you like? If you are doing it for someone that you like trust me it's not worth it what if he already likes someone else? But honestly he should like you for you.
