Do you use a lash primer, and do you always let your mascara dry completely before putting on your glasses?
Letting your eye makeup dry completely before putting on your glasses will definitely go a long way toward keeping it on your eyes, not your glasses!

You need a water proof mascara and wait until it completely dries before you put your glasses on.. And try a mascara that is a little thicker and less watery.. I've used the falsies and other maybelline mascaras that are very good water proof ones
