Make sure that your cleanser doesn't have any oils in it and only use a tune bit of moisturizer also oil free.

Sometimes its to do with the climate you live in so your body naturally releases lots of oils. I live in a humid country so personally Clinique's line of facial cleansers works well to keep my face oil-free for a relatively long period of time :)

Use a cleanser made for oily skin, do not use harsh cleansers as this will result into more oil flow on your face. Use an oil free moisturizer, such as an oil control moisturizer. I like Dr. Nick Lowe Oil Control moisturizer, it is light and really does help with oiliness. Use a toner to help clear excess oil. Such as Clinique clarifying lotion, this helps combat oils and acne. Be sure to wash your face twice a day, no more than twice. Washing more than twice a day can result into stripping more oils. If it gets oily during the day, use blotting paper, this will not remove make up (if you wear make up)
