I don't know what to do with my hair. I want a new cut but to keep the length since I'm trying to grow it out.

I would go with less of a deep part, shorter bangs, and a softer colour (maybe add caramel highlights)

What about an ombré effect but go from light to dark

Add highlights, I personally think its too dark but its your hair.
