Okay this may sound stupid but can you use eyeshadow to fill in your eyebrows? if not what can I use.

Yes you can, but you can't use glittery eyeshadow. you can also use a browpencil or powder.

You can use a powder! I like to use a pencil though. My eyebrows are really thin and it just makes it easier for me to fill the spots with no hair.

I use a pencil and a powder. Pencil to create the shape and give the powder something to stick to, powder to fill in and create the illusion of hair where I am missing bits. I like the really clean shaped look, so I will clean up the edges with concealer. :)

Yes of course you can use eyeshadow! that's what I do!! just make sure your eyebrow brush your using isn't extremely thick! good luck! :)
