Okay, so there's this girl in my class who is nice, funny and always smiling but for a while now her face powder has her looking like a ghost. It looks like it's 3-4 shades lighter than her natural skintone. I wanna tell her but I don't know how to with sounding a little mean.

Ask her if she would like to go shopping with you one day and then at the makeup section of a store show her a powder that would fit her and say something like: "I think this would look great on you, you should try it"
thats the nicest way, I think. I did it to my best friend and she actually listened to me :)
