Acne.Org Flaking, Any Recommendations Of Moisturizers!?

So for the past 2 weeks I've been using the regimen from acne.org and surprisingly my acne has gone away after suffering for 6 years!! My acne is completely gone but I'm left with just a lot of scars. But with that, my skin is also left extremely dry and flaky no matter how much I exfoliate. Right now I'm using cetaphils intense moisturizer but I feel like after I apply that along with my makeup that I can still see the flakiness! Any help!?!

Use Garnier moisture rescue refreshing gel cream. They have one that's a greenish color for normal/combo skin and one that's pinkish for dry skin that also reduces redness. Another good brand is CeraVe.

What helped me was aquaphor! I got it at meijer, because I had EXTREMELY dry skin on my forehead. And it worked wonders!

I'm using the cetaphil cleanser, the benzoyl peroxide (from acne.org website) and cetaphil extreme moisturizer.

I went to my local grocery store a few hours ago to look and only came back with Neutrogena's Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser. Is the benzoyl peroxide just straight up or is it within another product? That's what I had trouble finding in-store.
