Bobbi brown corrector! and on top towards the outer edge a concealer more close to your skin tone, I like Cargos All in One concealer and MUFE's.

I agree with Marcela. I actually posted the exact same topic last month and everyone recommended Bobbi Brown Corrector so I finally went out and bought it. Wow does it make a difference!! The peach color in the corrector helps counteract the dark blue colors under the eyes and makes it almost invisible! Head to Sephora or Macy's to try it out, they'll have someone apply it for you so you can see what its like.
