Can anyone take me through the steps to create a wearable Cleopatra/ Egyptian eye look?
Can I pull that look off with my eye shape?

Definitely yes. Your eyes are shaped almond and that's the most comprising shape for different makeup styles. However if you are talking aabout wearable and not theatrical, the liner had to be little more subtle :) would be exotic if you cut your bangs to compliment the overall look!
