How do I get my make-up to last all day?

Nothing I try works my make-up slowly wears off during the day I need help.

I use the ELF mineral infused face primer ($6, target) over Garnier moisture rescue gel moisturizer ($12-15) CVS then I apply my makeup and use ELF setting spray with natural vitamins ($6, target) if that doesn't work use a finishing powder then setting spray then powder again. It makes your face soft and there's a layer!
