Ahava products are subject to an international boycott because of the company's illegal practices. The company's factory is in illegal Israeli settlement in the Occupied Palestinian territory of the West Bank. Ahava uses pillaged occupied natural resources in their cosmetics, and labels its goods as Product of Israel when they are made in the occupied territories. You can read more here. www.stolenbeauty.org.

Hahaha people are so intense. I've tried the dead sea salt scrub and liked it. You can get their products at Target or Ulta.

Yes! many years ago my mother had one of their products called 'Dermud'. I use to sneak some all the time, as it was such a beautiful product. My best friend actually lived in Israel for a year and raved aabout the products. She also told me all aabout the stolen beauty thing too. Lol. I was actually thinking of picking some up because I did recently see it at the drugstore in my neighborhood. And that was the first time I had seen it since using it over a decade ago. Beautiful products. Why not give it a try?
