I was 10, but I had really bad acne. If your skin looks good without face makeup don't wear it. In other words, just use what you need.

I started wearing it when I was 14, almost 15. But, I have acne. If you don't have acne or anything I wouldn't suggest wearing it when you're young. BB creams and tinted moisturizers could be a better option
