I don't understand why my eyelids get so oily. like if I touch one, the oil is visible on my finger O_o and my WATERPROOF mascara smudges right after I apply it. I don't want to apply powder because it looks gross on my dry skin. Help? I get such terrible racoon eyes.

Try a primer maybe that helps me!

I blot my eyes before applying anything and also use a primer.

After you've applied primer, apply a little bit of foundation and then set that all with a powder :) and that should definitely help.

Mostly many people's eye lids are oily I think but the way to stop the is just try cleaning them with cleanser

I have the same problem just not as drastic! I just wipe off my eye lids once in a while and it's fine.
