Hey Megan - I'm in Ontario! I am very pale as well and always the lightest shade. I havr been using Clinique liquid foundation for years! Different ranges have different colours, but over the years I have found matches for myself in more than a few ranges!
Good luck!

I had trouble finding a light enough foundation for my skin as well, but I'm using Kat Von D's liquid foundation in the colour "42 Light" and before that I was using NARS Sheer matte foundation in the colour "Siberia". For my powder foundation, I'm using the studio fix powder foundation in the colour N3. I hope this helps!

Thanks Abby! Ill definitely try Illamasqua out. Thank you Stefani! Ill try Clinique too. And thanks Natalie, I didn't even know white foundation existed other than for Halloween! XD Thank you Hannah, but I seem to be lighter than most drugstore make up and Covergirl is really bad for testing on animals =[ thanks for your input though! And Liza I was going to try Kat Von Ds foundation but they're all out at my sephora! =[ and I've already tried NARS too.. Ill look into studio fix though! Thank you Liza!

Buy a white foundation and mix it with whatever other foundations you have. Face atelier makes a white one.

I use make up forever HD 110 which is the lightest shade but it is still to dark, I mix it with white concealer or moisturizer to make it lighter, there is also dainty doll and taste that make very light foundation, us porcelain ladies have to use some witchcraft to get the perfect shade :P.
