I absolutely cannot find a foundation to match my pale skin! Especially because I have warm toned skin. Does anyone know of any foundation brands that would cater to my skin tone? Preferably cruelty free. And to give everyone an idea of how pale I am, I am paler than the lightest shade of Make Up Forevers Foundations and I am paler than the lightest shades of NARS tinted moisturizer and foundation. =[

Can you post a pic of your natural skin please.

I don't think that'd do any good. My skin color will look different in pictures than in real natural light.

Hi Megan,
I totally understand your frustration. Here are some suggestions for you:
Make Up Forever HD Foundation in 117
BareMinerals Mineral Foundation in Golden Fair
Too Faced Foundation in Vanilla Creme
Hope those suggestions help - from one fair lady to another ;)

I agree with the make up forever HD foundation. I'm realllllly pale and I swear by that stuff. I use the second palest shade and that's practically porcelain!

Honestly, I got a tester for make up Forevers compressed powder foundation today and I tried it and it was still too dark for me =[ thanks for the help though Analisa!

Mac face body has one of the best shade ranges for extremely light and dark skin tones. It has a natural slightly dewy finish and is light but buildable coverage.

*I forgot to add it was shade 113 which is the lightest.

Thank you Jenn! I might give MAC a try.

What?? Wow you must be Snow White! Maybe the liquid stuff is light than the powder I dunno. Also, if you can find a shade, you can use concealer mixed with lotion on your face to give light coverage and just fix the blemished spots (if you have any)

I might try the liquid again Analisa. And honestly I'm having concealer finding problems too XD honestly I don't have any blemishes or many zits that need covering, I just want something to hide my freckles and rosy cheeks. And thank you Alexiandria! I will look into it again, although the tester I received for the hello flawless oxygen wow was not light enough. Hopefully they have lighter than the tester I recieved!

I had the same problem bc my skin is really red and so I was going to use este Lauder double wear but they said they don't have a shade that is light enough for my skin tone so now I use Cover Fx and it works well.

And Clinique has a really good concealers that come in even a pale enough shade for me! Haha so you could probly use it too.

If you go to givenchy or it Lancôme, they run very fair bc there made for Asian skin tones, and it gives you a flawless look.

MAC has the biggest shade range and my friend wears that and she's the palest person I've ever met, and she's not even in the lightest shade.
Mar 29, 2013
Megan M.
Thank you Natalie. That's so strange about MAC because I've heard of so many people not being able to find pale enough foundation by Mac.

If you go to Macy's and get a pro to match you they give you a "10" day sample and then you can take that to stores with you to match the colour Or you can live off of the samples like my grandma lol they last awhile tho.

Have you tried the Dainty Doll range? Her stuff is super light, I love it. (:✨
