I'm getting older (will be 27 this year!) and I notice that when I put concealer under my eyes, it just collects into those fine lines! It's annoying and I've tried many concealers, erase paste, mufe, Laura Mercier, yves st Laurent. Everything builds up in the line..is there any product out there that'll help me? Or do I have to start using an eye serum to help with the fine lines??

You should use a serum that might help with long term. You could also use a silicone based primer and place that under your concealer. Or you could spray a makeup setting spray on a cosmetic sponge and apply it gently under your eyes then use a primer, then follow with your concealer then sett with a loose powder. Hope this helps.

I am 27 and I have those lame little lines too. I did start using a serum (natures gate forget your lines) and it is working wonders. Provention is the key I think. Nip them in the bud before they get worse. I use Tarte concealer and I love it because it's all natural and it doesn't collect as bad as some of the heavier department brands. I (like everyone else) also use coconut and or olive oil on my face now at night too. It is really helping turn back the clock.

I've had this issue for a few years now. Dark circles and fine lines are an awful combo! I'm still on the hunt for a good eye cream/serum so I don't have any suggestions there, but I do highly recommend Rimmel Match Perfection concealer. It has fairly full coverage and it doesn't settle into lines nearly as much as any other concealer I've ever tried. I've also heard a lot about Tarte Maracuja Creaseless concealer. I haven't tried it yet but I'm sure it'd be worth a try for anyone with fine lines.

I have the same problem. Prevention is, of course, key, but my quick-fix is this: after doing my "face makeup" (moisturizer, primer, foundation, powder), I then apply eye primer on my lids and under my eyes and set that with a translucent powder. I've searched long and hard for products that last throughout the day and Urban Decay Primer Potion is my HG, for sure! Also, I use a heavier concealer to cover the shadow/dark circles under my eyes and a much lighter concealer directly under my eyes where my fine lines are. I use Benefit Plantscriptions Toner in a fine-mist spray bottle as a setter once I'm finished doing my makeup and a few times throughout the day as a refresher. I've found doing this routine has helped drastically!! Good luck :)

Put a good primer on before your concealer. Try Smashbox, I love it.

Thanks for all your help ladies!! I appreciate it! I'm willing to try anything haha I'm going to agree with Mia Taryn and Ashley with prevention is key... I definitely want to try a cosmetic sponge, is beauty blender the best or are there other great sponges out there?? I've never heard of putting coconut oil on at night but I am definitely interested in that. I'll look it up :) thanks again ladies for all of your input!
