I'm not going to lie...it's kinda painful, especially if you've never gotten it done before. The results are worth it though because it's very precise. It's very quick also so I think you'll be fine :)

The first time is a bit painful but after that it's a breeze, I promise. Start off with waxing first then work your way up... Hope this helped.

It is painful the first time, but worth it in the end because it makes your eyebrows more shaped, and the hair takes longer to grow back.

Waxing doesn't hurt even the first time. Plucking is a bitch. And I've never threaded.

I'd rather wax. you get it over with faster and less painful.

I've only ever done threading and go to a saloon for that. It was painful at first, esp if you've never removed hair from the eyebrow area before. But it gets better. The results are great, your brows will be shaped beautifully. The only advice is make sure you get a professional to do it. It can hurt if the person is not experienced.

Good luck! :)

You can use Sally Hansen hair removal cream for the face for less precise areas. Then after wiping that off, pluck out any strays, more precise/close to brow hair etc.

Hot wax is applied on your brow bone (not on your entire eyebrow just underneath where you'd pluck), they put paper over the wax then pull with the direction of your hair growth. Hurts for a second then it's done. They also do in between your eyebrows. Quick process, just leaves you a bit red.

Threading is the best way to get straight lines and it's better than waxing because it doesn't diminish your collagen and elastin in your eye area. It hurts a bit but Beauty is pain!
