I suggest painting them another colour for a few days then take that off, hopefully most of it will come off with the new nail polish.

It sounds bad but when that happens I buff my nails out :p.

If the polish stained, although you were wearing a basecoat you should switch base coats or brands(: As for the stains mix baking soda and hydrogen proxide (probably spelt that wrong, sorry) (:
