I always thought winged eyeliner was a total NO. Then I met a girl who does this everyday, and she really pulled it off. Now, I'm thinking of trying it out. Any tips?

I think people should do what makes them happy and feel good instead of fear of not following a trend

I love wings, because there's so many different kinds and ways to do it. I experiment with the different styles and I usually do one that I'm in the mood for, It's a super easy easy to change up your look.

I do a wing everyday. If you're going to be using a liquid eyeliner make sure to pick up some translucent powder, I love Covergirls, and put it on your eyelid before the liner. I find it helps it stay put throughout the day.

I have pretty much only done winged and cat eyes for 7 years now (sometimes I do just a basic, but it's rare). I am tired of so many girls acting like winged or cat eyes are the only ways to do eyeliner lately though, it is annoying, especially since there are so many ways to play with it and have fun. I fell in love with the vintage pinup girl when I was 15 and aspired to become one, so those styles are a life style choice to me, not just fashion.
And please, don't think I am dissing anyone, I am not at all.

I live winged liner! It's fun and easy to do too. My advice is to use gel liner though because it's a lot easier to work with. Also don't drag the wing out too far, just follow the natural curve of your bottom lid up.
