Anyone else cut their own hair??

I have been cutting my hair for years. Just kind of grab pieces here and there and snip. I've had so many bad haircuts I figured if I cut it myself and I screw up at least I won't be traumatized, lol. Well recently I watched a video on YouTube on how to cut your own hair in layers. Took the plunge, my hair has never looked so good! Just curious if anyone else has done full haircuts on themselves?

I cut my own hair as well. After several bad haircuts I just don't trust anyone! I also watched Farahdhukai! Shes really good at teaching how to cut your hair in layers!! :)

I've been cutting my own hair since 7th or 8th grade, after a few bad cuts I learned and became more experienced and now I pretty much know what to do with my hair. I also watch tutorials for tips and tricks now and again :)

My mom cuts her hair beautifully. She usually does a bob with layers. She taught herself after so many bad haircuts-- every stylist would give her little girl bangs! She got tired of that. lol. I've cut my bangs lots of times. Don't be afraid! Hair is a renewable resource. ;)

Yes!! Lol a couple times my bf has done it! Lol recently just told him to cut it all about 8 inches! no one believes me when I tell them he does my hair! Lol I figured it wasn't hard from always watching when I went to the salon and just showed him how to do it.

I always cut my hair. I learned how to on YouTube. Took a few try's but I prefer to cut my own. I don't trust anyone in my hair. You ask for an inch to be cut and they take off 3!! Lol.
