Even toned complexion, black winged liner on top of lids, fill in brows, light blush on apples of cheeks,nude or light pink gloss.

I think any color of makeup would look good with pink hair. of I was you I would play with a lot of fun colorful looks. or winged liner and a bold lip..

I have bright pink hair too! My default look is a thick cat eye, rosy cheeks and a nude lip, but I haven't had to shy away from anything since I dyed my hair. You'd think that the pink hair would clash with a lot of colors but its actually quite versatile. I think it looks particularly good with blues, teals and greens on eyes and bright reds or vampy shades on lips.
