Hey guys!
I'd like to share these simple tips with you and hope it'll help someone out:)
1. cleanse your face every night with a gel and toner. I've realised that my skin stays better this way, in the morning I only wash it with water+put moisturizer. I've been using a La roche-posay toleriane dermo-cleanser and Lumene radiant touch refreshing toner
2. hydrate your skin with a natural moisturizer which has a pH of 5.5 (I've used erisan and aqualan)
3. drink a lot of water! start by drinking like two glasses in the morning and two glasses right before you go to bed
4. change your pillowcase once in a week
5. wash your makeup brushes at least once in two weeks. I was getting these small pimples on certain parts of my cheek and figures out it was because of my blush brush - not nice
6. olive oil can really help soften your skin!
7. whenever you have a feeling that you're going to have this enormous zit, put on cream that contains alcohol on the zit. I've used hydrocortison 1%. if you're unlucky and the zit is already there, disinfect it so that it won't get worse
8. eat candy and other unhealthy stuff only at weekends! Oh and don't forget to clean away all of your make-up!
These are pretty obvious as you see but they've worked for my normal/oily skin in the past few months:) I live in finland so I'm not quite sure if you can get the products where you live, oh well.
