Pop some color in there like green or purple and smoke it out and add a line of same color eye shadow underneath the waterline and bring it out in to a cat eye look with a black eyeliner top n in the water line.

I've heard blue really goes well with brown eyes. Maybe smudge a black eyeshadow (thin line) on the bottom and go over it with blue eyeshadow for just a hint of color.
