Exfoliate daily and try Estée Lauder advance night repair or maybe vitamin e oil?

You should consult a derm. There are topicals that can help with melasma quite a bit, maybe even doing a series of chemical peels. Melasma is super tricky to treat. Laser resurfacing can also help to break up this type of pigmentation.
