Stay away from chemicals & heat and always use shampoos that have no silicone. Also try some hair masks they help grow the hair and keep it healthy. Mix coconut oil almond oil and egg yolk keep in the hair for about half n hour and wash.

And you should get your hair trimmed at least every 6 months. Helps your hair grow much faster.

Take biotin suppliments (you can't overdose) and a multivitamin. Its also good to use sulfate free shampoos that moisturize. moisture and keratin (proteins) are key to growing out your hair. Avoid any products with alcohol content because they are very drying.
