Getting a trim might help, or try the Not Your Mother's 'Way to Grow' cream they sell in grocery stores or anywhere really

Hydration helps to grow, but it specifies a tip, do not know.

You can take biotin several times every day. Also massage your scalp while your head is upsidown when you put conditioner in. And the two shampoos I used to grow my hair were mane and tail & "not your mothers" way to grow shampoo. I started using these things in late December/January and my hair has grown 3 inches.

The reason you put your head upsidown is so the blood circulates to your head- and massaging your head stimulates your hair follicles, causing faster hair growth; not to mention it feels quite relaxing! Lol.

Drink lots of water cut down on caffein sodas and eat a healthy diet and or take multi vitamins preferably prenatal and don't wash your hair everyday and yes scalp massage definitely helps Maggie F is right!:)
I know 100% org coconut oil helps too! And don't use excessive heat on it, let it air dry whenever you can

If you don't want to do like serious treatments, like something that involves a lot of work and effort, I recommend just purchasing the shampoo and conditioner, Mane N Tail. It's originally made for horses, but it can be used on humans! Totally safe. Not only does it make your hair grow faster than using a normal shampoo/conditioner, it makes it really soft and I personally think it's the best brand of a shampoo/conditioner I have ever used! I love it.

Take biotin once daily, and massage your scalp often. Good blood flow results in hair growth. I also massage Virgin coconut oil into my scalp once or twice a week before a wash.

Biotin, weekly hair masks, monthly trims. Avoid heat, if you can't make sure to use a heat protectant! And try to go without blowdrying. Let it air dry

Any way to make one very small section grow? I took a dare from my friends very stupidly and cut most my bangs completely. How can I fix?

Lol Kristina, add a bang hair piece or add some hair from next to it and cross it over covering it and clip it? Or braid the front hair piece by the hairline... Or put a thick headband on? Or bandana/scarf

Use this hair supplement for women and twist bangs from one side to the other side of you head by rolling your hair as close to your scalp and pinning the whole bang back http://www.amazon.com/Strength-Nutrient-Tablets-60-Tablets-Packaging/dp/B002JPJ2ZS/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&qid=1364242064&sr=8-23&keywords=hair+growth+treatment.
