I saw on a beauty app that you arn't supposed to pluck/wax the top of your eyebrows. Is this true? Because I havent for awhile now, and they don't look nearly as clean/neat as I would like, or what they used to look like. Heelp?!!?

Hmm I don't think its bad but its a preference.. I usually thread mine and I get the top threaded and gives a super clean look!

Yes it's true. I don't agree with it, because I have to pluck my eyebrow hairs from above, only because they grow far away from my actual eyebrows lol. But yes that's true.

Mine don't even really grow from above..

You shouldn't take too much from above because it can give the appearance that your face is droopy, and it also can take your arch down, so yes it's true, however you can take from the top just to tidy the strays.

Thats a myth.. I have a models guide book with types,of tricks and tips that really work...it says you pluck where you need to pluck. Were all different so, our hair most likely grows different

Haha if I didn't pluck from the top my eyebrows would merge with my hairline in some kind of crazy forehead beard! Definitely pluck wherever you need to pluck, just don't overdo it like the lovely ladies above me said.

I pluck the top of brows and they are just fine. I don't get why not nothing is going to happen

Yes just be careful of the arch area because it will take the arch away!

They say that because you should take from underneath as much as possible to get the best arch but there is nothing wrong with plucking the top to tidy it up (:
