Well, I really want my hair to grow faster and get long!! I wanted this for a long time now. Well, to me It's been a long time!! Everyone says it takes time! Which I know that! But, I want to see resulted. So, do you know anything I can do. I drink water, I take vitamins (biotin) and I just got a trim with 1/2 inches taken off.!? Anything else I can do.

Leave in conditioner uhm use Moroccan oil and sulfate free shampoos. Don't use a lot of heat if you do of course use a protectant

Try not to use heat and brush your hair gently I hear large tooth combs work good even though I don't use one :)

Way to Grow Shampoo and Conditioner. I saw it at walmart! Sounds.like it would help hair grow at a faster rate? :o.
