I have really long, thick, flat Hair. Anyone know any techniques or products to volumize hair without teasing??

Blow dry your hair upside down, put mouse or a volumizing product in it and then blow dry upside down again.

I use something by bed head but I can't remember exactly what it's called. It's in a purple bottle with a pump and its a cream.

Mark Hill Volumising Shampoo, Conditioner and spray is a god send! I can't live without it and it's only £5 a bottle. Idk if it's available anywhere else but it's the best

If you don't have layers in your hair you should probably get some. it will take some of the weight off your hair and stop pulling it down. and yes definitely root pump and blow drying upside down. after your hair is dry use the cold shot on your blow dryer while you are still upside down until your hair is cool otherwise your volume won't last.
