Hey, so tomorrow I am going to get the Revlon colorstay foundation after weeks of studying and watching reviews I have decided that it is what I need, but I just heard a review from a professional makeup artist that it covers a little bit of redness and has a light coverage, everything else in the review though was the same thing that has been in every other review the problem is though I heard and saw review upon review that it is a medium to full coverage.and covers redness and that it what my must haves are right now. What should I do, should I still get it? I also have fair skin with a pink undertone if that matters. Thank you a million if you help =)

I was considering buyin it too. I have fair skin also, but I have yellow tones. I was seriously going to buy it, then went to the drugstore all confident in what I was buying, then saw it was $21.99. That turned me away. I saw reviews after more reviews saying it was the best foundation, but I don't think that I really should buy a drugstore thin that expensive. If you are okay with the price, I definitely say go for it. It says it's good for coverage and is medium to full coverage. Professional makeup artists tend to appreciate the higher end brands. I think Revlon colorstay is probably the best bet you have for drugstore products. So if you're good with the price, buy it!

I think colorstay is the best you can get in highstreet or 'drugstore' brands, but if its really expensive I would probably rather spend a bit extra and get something more high-end.
I'm lucky, in the UK I get colorstay from a discount place for £6.99, thats half off the typical price here.
it is good foundation though, and it does stay put and has little to no transfer, I'd definitely reccomend it as a day to day product if you need good coverage, although I find it really shiny, I need a lot of powder to set it properly.
let me know how you find it :)
