Ok I wanna go pastel pink and I already have the dye this is my hair color and the color I want to go, should I tone my hair and get it as white as I can before it dye it?

Definitely yes! You want your hair as stripped of the yellow tone as it can possibly be to pull off pastels!

If you don't strip the yellow you risk ending up with a peachy color.
