I love working with browns. Rather then doing a black smokey eye, try doing a drown smokey eye. SBN (Smokey But Natural) looks are my favorite. Love working with browns and yellows and blush pinks. A fun trend is to do a very minimalistic look, but then add a pop of color either with a bright colored eyeliner in the waterline, or my favorite using a pretty, shimmery eye-shadow along the bottom lash line.
