How to get rid of white heads?

I am not sure if those are white heads, they are like little bumps with some white stuff underneath, and I ALWAYS get them on my face :( does anybody know how to get rid of them?

Good evening, Leuca, I added the ST. Ives blemish control apricot scrub which contains 2% of salicylic acid to my routine a few months ago, I use it 2~3 times a week, but I haven't seen any difference on my face yet. Do you think that I should use it more often or I should get something stronger or maybe a different product? Also, I have heard that using salicylic acid for too long can dry and thin your skin.
