I need help identifying my skin tone. I've taken the tests to help determine skin tones, but I get results for both warm and cool toned skin. Does this most likely mean I have a neutral skin tone? My veins appear blue/dark purple, I easily tan and rarely burn, I have dark hair and eyes. I attached a photo of myself in natural light. Thank-you to anyone that can help!!

Can I ask you questions?

I would say yes, you're neutral, but if possible it would be good to get matched with a few different foundations to give yourself (and us) a better idea. Even natural light can cast a slight hue that can detract from your true undertone in a picture.
