I think you could stand to replace your cleansers with something like CeraVe's Foaming cleanser or Olay Gentle Clean face wash. They're both effective and affordable.

Getting an expensive cleanser out of your routine can free up space for a proper exfoliant rather than relying on physical exfoliation. One of the BHA products from Paula's Choice should be good for bumpy texture and mild acne. You can also invest in a gentle, lightweight retinoid like the 2% retinoid from the Ordinary, or if you want something hydrating Jordan Samuel makes some amazing hyaluronic acid and retinoid oil products.

Paula's Choice has quite a few BHA formulas. I recommend getting some samples and trying them out to see which texture you like the most.
