I have combination leaning oily skin, and I love using Witch Hazel. It's cheap, natural, great for sensitive skin. It doesn't dry me out too much like other toners I've tried.

Botanical Pore Toner would be good or Aromatica Tea Tree Balancing Toner. Both are great for oily skin and both have very good skin care benefits.
