How do I get rid of them?! I have pesky little bumps/pimples inbetween my eyebrows.

Exfoliation, preferably chemically based. Salicylic acid is great for skin congestion. Clay masks can help as well, and retinol/niacinamide can help along with those.
Paula's Choice has great SA products. You can grab an Aztec clay mask mix off Amazon, and you can find advanced retinol products all over the place. Paula's Choice makes a more aesthetically pleasing niacinamide booster, but the Ordinary has a very inexpensive version.
