The blotted lips are in a stick form. they are supposed to be more like when you eat a popsicle.
I had the Lumiere on for about 5 min as it was late but I couldn't wait to try it haha. I put it on today and so fare it feels amazing on the lips. I'll let you know tonight my toughts about it!

Oh and I think there are different matte liquid formula? are they drying? compared to the lippie stix are they long lasting too?

I just received a big Colourpop order a few weeks ago and I have seriously loved everything I got! If you love the effortless look of the Lippie Stix and Blotted Lips definitely try the Ultra Blotted Lips-- they're an amazing, super weightless formula that gives you that gorgeous popsicle-stained look! And try the highlighters... they're insane! They have this really unique wet-feeling formula but it translates to a beautiful shine on the cheeks. And everything is so affordable! The blotted are in their stix packaging and the ultras are similar to the satin and mattes.
I don't find them too drying. Nothing that lip balm can't fix.
