So about a year ago I got my nipples pierced and I went to go change out the jewelry and its completely stuck the ball will not come off I've tried soaking it in as hot of water as I could stand I tried pliers I've tried a latex glove I'm going to flip out 😂

Okay, first thing. Cold constricts, heat expands. Don't know if you want to try cold packs. Or try something slippery, like coconut or olive oil. You'll probably need rubber gloves to pull then apart because of the greasiness.

I did twist with pliers and the heat thing seemed smart at the time but maybe wasnt haha I didn't try oil though I'll have to try that

Definitely go see your piercer!! I've had problems with piercings before and my piercer has always known exactly what to do :-) Good luck!
