I have had this bumpy rash on the inside of my upper arms for a couple of months now and I don't what it is or how to get rid of it. I've tried steroid cream, aquaphor, soaking in a magnesium bath, body oil, acne body sprays, nothing has helped. I know it's not keratosis Pilaris as I've had that before on my outer arms and it's nothing like this. There are small patches of scaly skin too but it's not itchy.
Does anybody know what it could be or what might help? Thanks!

It looks like eczema. They make special creams for eczema but you could also go to a dermatologist for it and they will give you cream too.

It looks a lot like keratosis pilaris. It's a genetic follicular condition, see if any one else in your family has it. I have it and so do my children.
