Which website is best for makeup artist portfolios?

Another question...I'm a little confused about the MAC pro discount. Under profession I chose " makeup artist - other". On the next page it asked for a professional license stating makeup as profession. Is there even a license for makeup in California?? I have my Esthetics license but I'm confused if you also need a makeup license or if that even exist in California. On the website it says MUA's get 40% and cosmos, estheticians, hairstylist and etc.get 30%...
Any advice or help would be great, xoxo
